Yesterday’s evening was rather special for me. I was spending it with my boss in her beautiful apartment, eating, drinking wine and talking about life. We were talking about the possibility of visiting the University we work for in Birmingham, sometimes┬áduring spring time.

Then we heard a song from Bruno Mars on TV, and she mentioned he has a concert in Birmingham, and that we could go, and make our trip a little special. He’s not my favourite artist, but he has a good music, so I agreed.

But then suddenly a magic happened and we booked the tickets for his concert. But in Oslo with a four days pit stop in Helsinki. We had our flights, tickets, and accommodation sorted out in an hour. I don’t even know how it happened. We were talking about it, and booking everything in the same time.

So the usual spring stop in Birmingham became much more interesting čÖé I have never been to Scandinavia before, so I’m very excited about this trip.

I’m spending my week in Vienna from today, because me and my boss have some work to do there. But before that I had to go to Prague because I had a meeting there which I didn’t want to miss. My boss offered me I can spend a night at her apartment, and then we can go to Vienna together from Prague. If all this wouldn’t happen it would never come to my mind, to go to a concert of Bruno Mars, especially not in Oslo. Coincidence? I don’t think so. I can’t wait to go!
