Ways to not have your mind overthink think things...Keep your focus on solving the problem, challenge your thoughts, think of something positive. schedule time for reflection. In reflecting, you are able to calm and focus your thoughts. Learn how to be mindful in the moment that you are in.
TOOLS TO MAKE YOU MORE PRODUCTIVE
You are only one person, and you cannot do it all alone. There are so many tools that are able to help you on your journey, in your everyday life to help you stay balanced, and in control. A planner. A calendar. Whether its old school paper or an app. For example: Cozi- Is a calendar that can be used individually or as a family to keep track of all the important dates. Write things down, with so much on your mind you may not be able to remember everything all at one time so having it somewhere you are able to reference it will do wonders for your life.
WAYS TO PRACTICE GRATITUDE DAILY
It is easy to look at all of the negative that is going on around you. You have to condition your mind at looking at the glass half full. Practicing gratitude everyday will allow you to have a more fulfilling life. Take time out of your day to practice gratitude. Daily write down three good things that happened to you on that day, and remember to set time to reflect on the things that did happened. Take a few minutes during your day to practice mindfulness. Notice your surroundings and other things around you.
